AHF2024 NASHVILLE
Ditch the Dogma
May 17 - 18, 2024
What an incredible journey it has been with so much packed into just a couple of days! Yesterday we closed the curtains on an eventful gathering, and we’ve been left inspired by the great energy and collaborative spirit demonstrated by each and every participant.
We closed in style with an all-star pane discussing revision techniques. John Horberg, James Baker, Franz-Josef Vanderputte, Aldo Riesgo, MD, FAAOS, Tom Bradbury, MD, Wayne Paprosky, expertly moderated by the one and only John Masonis MD.
We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all our attendees, lab and program faculty, and of course, our valued sponsors, who came together as a community to continue to improve orthopedic surgery.
Let’s carry this momentum forward as we continue to ditch the dogma.
We’re back to do it again in Nashville 6-7 June 2025!
See you there!

Fellows & Residents Lab
The meeting kicked off in style with the pre-conference Zimmer Biomet Fellows and residents lab. The energy was incredible – everyone arrived ready to learn and share knowledge. Thank you to ALL participants for contributing to this positive experience.
The Fellows and Residents were able to perform many total hips and had great exposure to a wide range of enabling technologies including OrthoGrid Systems, Inc., Medtronic, and Ziehm Imaging, Mizuho OSI. They also had the opportunity to pick the brains of our esteemed faculty – and they fully took advantage during the de-brief sessions.
Anterior Hip Foundation sponsored 72 fellows and residents to participate in a hands-on, anterior total hip cadaver lab.
Instruction was provided by Anterior Hip Foundation faculty.
Lab sponsors included Zimmer Biomet, Mizuho OSI, ORTHOGRID and Ziehm.
By Invitation Only.

Winners of SharkTank
Congratulations to Robert Turbett and Dr. Brian McGrath - winners of the AHF2024 SharkTank.
They impressed the Sharks with their presentation of the Turbett Surgical Instrument Pod – an elegant solution to a very real burden on the surgical process.
The pod holds up to 15 trays for sterilization and operating room setup enabling room set up by a single person in just a few minutes.
Please join us in congratulating these worthy winners!
