Sponsored Fellows & Residents Application
We are excited to announce that the Anterior Hip Foundation will sponsor 72 fellows and residents to participate in a hands-on, anterior total hip cadaver lab.
Instruction will be provided by Anterior Hip Foundation faculty.
Lab sponsors include Zimmer Biomet and Mizuho OSI. By Invitation Only.
A sponsorship will cover up to $1,300 in travel and hotel costs, Thursday cadaver lab, and registration fee for the AHF2024 meeting.

For the best experience, we recommend staying at the JW Marriott for the duration of the event – that puts you in the best position to network with your peers and the event faculty.
We have a room block available at a discounted rate – available on a first come, first served basis. If you wish to stay at another location that is your choice
As a sponsored participant, your fee for attendance of the Anterior Hip Foundation Innovation Symposium event will also be paid for by Zimmer Biomet. You do not need to fill out the registration form.

Zimmer Biomet will reimburse travel and lodging expenses up to $1,300.
Reimbursement will be sent by check or PayPal following your attendance of the May 16-18 events and your submission of expenses. We will provide a form on the website to upload copies of expenses.
