For large items or shipments, the sponsors responsible for the shipment will need to ensure there is a delivery representative present/available to unload the shipment. 

AHF 2025

The Griffin ballroom will be available from Thursday June 5 from 2pm.

Within 30 days of the event we may be allocated an earlier move in time. 

Breakfast and registration takes place  7-8 am on Friday June 6, and the meeting starts at 8am.

The meeting ends on Saturday June 7 at noon. All exhibitors will need to make sure they have all their shipping materials and boxes packed up, labeled, and ready to send out prior to 2PM.
