  • Premier exhibition space at the heart of our lively event. For 2025 ALL exhibits will be in our expanded exhibition space (Floorplan coming soon).
  • Dedicated Exhibit Times – including breakfast on Friday and Saturday, three coffee breaks and lunchtime. Breaktime snacks and coffees are served among the exhibits and all seating for mealtimes is in the exhibit hall.

For large items or shipments, the sponsors responsible for the shipment will need to ensure there is a delivery representative present/available to unload the shipment.

Setup can be done on Thursday May 16 starting at 4pm

Breakfast and registration are between 7-8 on Friday May 17, and the meeting starts at 8am.

The meeting ends on Saturday May 18 at noon. All exhibitors will need to make sure they have all their shipping materials and boxes packed up, labeled, and ready to send out prior to 1PM.

Your application will give you a choice of payment. After confirming your application, we send you an invoice with the payment terms.
