Dear AHF 2026 Faculty!

Thanks for being part of AHF 2026. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to Nashville for two days of real conversation, shared experience, and thoughtful debate around anterior hip surgery.

Below is a quick overview of what’s already taken care of –  and what to do next.

What's Covered

📌 Registration for the event: You have automatically been registered as a speaker. No additional action needed.

📌 Speaker Honorarium / Travel Support
A $1,000 payment is available to help offset travel and accommodation costs.
Details on how to request or receive this support will be shared directly with you.

Note: As an AHF 2026 attendee you will be able to earn 30 CME credits including 20 SAE self-assessment credits via simple questionnaires you can complete during the event or in your own time.

What to Do Next

Please reserve your room at the JW Marriott using our discounted room block.

Note:While your conference registration is complimentary, speakers are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.

Please book early. The CMA Music Festival takes place the same week, and the hotel fills up fast. 

📌 Bio and Headshot Submission

You’ll receive a separate email requesting a short bio and headshot for conference materials.
Please keep an eye out and submit your details as soon as possible.📸

AHF 2026 will use the Whova event app. In 2025, speakers and attendees used it extensively to:

  • Connect with colleagues

  • Arrange meetups and rideshares

Closer to the meeting, you’ll be able to:

  • Create and run polls during your session

  • Share materials

  • Interact with attendees before and after your talk

 

Your Presentation

AHF sessions are built around real-world decision-making, not slide decks.

Where appropriate, we encourage the use of video and case-based material to illustrate key points and ask speakers to keep static slides to a minimum.
