Next Steps
📌 Register for the event: To confirm your participation, please complete your registration at the link below:
📌 Discount Code: SPEAKAHF2025 (Enter this at checkout to waive your registration fee.)
Note: As an AHF 2025 attendee you will be able to earn 30 CME credits including 20 SAE self-assessment credits via simple questionnaires you can complete during the event or in your own time.
📌  Book Your Stay: Once registered, you will receive a link to access the AHF discounted room block at the JW Marriott.
Note: While your conference registration is complimentary, you are responsible for your own accommodation costs.
Book Early! The CMA Music Festival will be held in Nashville during the same week, and accommodations will fill up quickly.
📌 Bio and Headshot Submission
You will receive a separate email shortly requesting a short bio and a photo for use in conference materials. Please keep an eye out for that message and submit your details at your earliest convenience. 📸Â
